Keri started working with Total Dentistry in July 2007. As the office manager, she oversees the schedule so that Dr. O and the staff can give each patient their undivided attention and as the treatment coordinator, she serves as the point of contact for patients undergoing dental treatment. She plays a vital roll in helping patients complete treatment by explaining dental procedures, reviewing treatment options, and answering patients’ questions.
